Stattdessen wird die Flotte des Unternehmens im laufenden Jahr um weitere 800 Elektrofahrzeuge erweitert. Aktuell verf\u00fcgt die \u00d6sterreichische Post \u00fcber 1.100 E-Bikes und rund 1.400 E-Fahrzeuge f\u00fcr die Paketzustellung. Im Jahr 2023 sollen weitere 1.300 Elektrofahrzeuge hinzukommen. Die \u00d6sterreichische Post betreibt seit 2011 Elektrofahrzeuge. Langfristig strebt die \u00d6sterreichische Post an, bis 2030 alle Pakete und Briefe emissionsfrei zuzustellen. Dazu wird das Unternehmen auch den Einsatz von Photovoltaikanlagen f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir bauen derzeit keine Fahrzeuge mit Verbrennungsmotor mehr f\u00fcr den Lieferverkehr; Stattdessen investieren wir in den Jahren 2022 und 2023 mehr als 80 Millionen Euro in Elektrofahrzeuge und Ladeinfrastruktur\u201c, sagt Peter Umundum, Vorstand Paket und Logistik der \u00d6sterreichischen Post AG. \u201eErfolge und Entwicklungen auf dem Fahrzeugmarkt werden es uns erm\u00f6glichen, das Wachstum unserer Elektroflotte deutlich zu beschleunigen.\u201c (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pv-magazine.de\/2022\/03\/03\/oesterreichische-post-setzt-bei-zustellflotte-nur-noch-auf-elektro\/\">pv-magazine<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Neue Transporter von Peugeot verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine h\u00f6here Reichweite als die bestehende E-Post-Flotte. Die \u00d6sterreichische Post geht davon aus, dass k\u00fcnftig 90 Prozent aller Zustellstrecken in \u00d6sterreich mit Elektrofahrzeugen abgedeckt werden k\u00f6nnten. Laut dem Unternehmen eignen sich Elektrotransporter f\u00fcr den Stop-and-Go-Verkehr in der Paketzustellung besser als Fahrzeuge mit Verbrennungsmotor. Auch hinsichtlich Verschlei\u00df und Energieverbrauch der Elektrofahrzeuge zieht die Post eine positive Bilanz. Alte Batterien sollen zudem in einem sogenannten Sekund\u00e4rspeicher an Ladestationen eingesetzt werden und so deren Energiebilanz verbessern. Die Batterien im sekund\u00e4ren Energiespeicher sind so konzipiert, dass sie Strombedarfsspitzen w\u00e4hrend des Ladevorgangs vermeiden, indem sie au\u00dferhalb der Spitzenzeiten wieder aufgeladen werden.
