Laut einem im Herbst 2021 ver\u00f6ffentlichten Bericht des Umweltministeriums wird Deutschland \u2013 noch unter der alten Bundesregierung \u2013 seine selbstgesteckten Klimaziele f\u00fcr 2030 nicht erreichen. Ohne radikale Ma\u00dfnahmen w\u00fcrden die CO2-Emissionen im Vergleich zum Jahr 1990 statt der angestrebten 65 Prozent lediglich um 49 Prozent sinken, hei\u00dft es in dem Bericht. Nach Bekanntgabe der Pl\u00e4ne der neuen Regierungskoalition wird nun erwartet, dass selbst die neuen Ma\u00dfnahmen nicht ausreichen werden, um den angestrebten Anteil erneuerbarer Energien von 80 Prozent im Energiesektor zu erreichen. Gleichzeitig ist davon auszugehen, dass durch die Energiewende und den h\u00f6heren Anteil an Elektrofahrzeugen auch der Strombedarf steigen wird, so dass der Ausbau der Photovoltaik und der Windkraft deutlich beschleunigt werden muss, um Stromengp\u00e4sse zu vermeiden. Die Unternehmensberatung McKinsey kommt in ihrem aktuellen Energiewende-Index zu dem Ergebnis, dass sich der Photovoltaik-Ausbau bis 2030 vervierfachen und der Windenergie-Ausbau an Land verdoppeln m\u00fcsse. Die Zahl der Offshore-Windparks soll sich sogar verdreifachen.<\/p>\n<p>Die geplante Umsetzung der Energiewende bis 2030 erscheint Analysten zufolge eher unrealistisch. Allein der geplante Ausstieg aus der Atom- und Kohlekraft w\u00fcrde in Deutschland den Bau von zwei bis drei neuen Kraftwerken pro Jahr erfordern, um die Versorgungssicherheit Deutschlands weiterhin zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Dabei soll es sich vor allem um Gaskraftwerke, Wasserstoffkraftwerke oder auch neue Biomassekraftwerke handeln.<\/p>\n<p>Nach den Pl\u00e4nen der Ampel-Regierung soll der Anteil erneuerbarer Energien im W\u00e4rmesektor bis 2030 auf 50 Prozent steigen. Im Jahr 2020 lag sie noch bei 15,6 Prozent. Um die L\u00fccke um mehr als 30 Prozent zu schlie\u00dfen, m\u00fcssten deutlich mehr Geb\u00e4ude saniert und mit W\u00e4rmepumpen nachger\u00fcstet werden. Rein rechnerisch m\u00fcssten j\u00e4hrlich etwa 500.000 W\u00e4rmepumpen installiert werden. Dies wird aber \u2013 ebenso wie die hohe Zahl an Neuzulassungen von Elektrofahrzeugen \u2013 den Strombedarf nochmals deutlich erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<p>Inwieweit die Verdoppelung von 7 Millionen auf 15 Millionen Elektrofahrzeuge bis 2030 noch gelingen kann, ist schwer abzusch\u00e4tzen.
