Nun sieht der Gesetzentwurf der neuen Bundesregierung zudem eine bundesweite Pflicht zur Installation von Solaranlagen auf \u00f6ffentlichen und privaten Geb\u00e4uden im kommenden Jahr vor. Das Gesetz soll sowohl f\u00fcr Neubauten als auch (ab 2023) f\u00fcr die Sanierung bestehender Geb\u00e4ude gelten.<\/p>\n<p>Verschiedene Interessengruppen \u00e4u\u00dfern sich nun zu dem Projekt. Die Interessen der Hauseigent\u00fcmer kritisieren die Pl\u00e4ne als kostspielig. Die Verbraucherzentrale \u00fcbt nach wie vor Kritik an einzelnen Aspekten des Plans. So ist beispielsweise davon auszugehen, dass die stark gestiegene Nachfrage nach Photovoltaiksystemen das Angebot im PV-Markt deutlich \u00fcbersteigen wird. Auch ein Mangel an qualifizierten Installateuren kann ein Problem darstellen. Der Bundesverband Solarwirtschaft verweist auf die Klimaschutzziele. Um das zu erreichen, m\u00fcsse sich das j\u00e4hrliche Installationsvolumen in Deutschland mindestens verdreifachen, so Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Carsten K\u00f6rnig. (wiwo, 18.10-21)<\/p>\n<p>Die baden-w\u00fcrttembergische Landesregierung wirbt mit Solarstrom-Angeboten bei ihren B\u00fcrgern und behauptet, eine Solaranlage auf dem eigenen Dach werde sich \u00fcber kurz oder lang amortisieren.
