Das Fraunhofer-Institut f\u00fcr Solare Energiesysteme ISE hat den ersten Solar-LKW Deutschlands gebaut. Die besonders leichten Photovoltaikmodule f\u00fcr das Fahrzeug wurden vom Fraunhofer-Institut f\u00fcr Verkehrs- und Infrastruktursysteme IVI gemeinsam mit Partnern aus der Industrie entwickelt. Das 18 Tonnen schwere Fahrzeug verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine auf dem Dach montierte 3,5-Kilowatt-Anlage, die f\u00fcnf bis zehn Prozent des Energiebedarfs des Lkw decken soll. Die Photovoltaikanlage versorgt die 800-Volt-Traktionsbatterie direkt mit Strom. Ein Solar-LKW soll k\u00fcnftig f\u00fcr einen Stromgro\u00dfh\u00e4ndler im Raum Freiburg unterwegs sein.<\/p>\n<p>Um eine m\u00f6glichst hohe Stromausbeute zu erreichen, wurden die Solarmodule auf dem Autodach in Reihe geschaltet. Da die entstehende Spannung von bis zu 400 Volt im Falle eines Unfalls eine Gefahr darstellen k\u00f6nnte, entwickelten Forscher am Fraunhofer ISE eine Abschaltvorrichtung. Es wurde im Verteilerkasten jedes Photovoltaikmoduls installiert und trennte im Notfall die lokale Stromverbindung, um einen m\u00f6glichen Stromschlag zu verhindern.<\/p>\n<p>Wissenschaftler des Fraunhofer ISE \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen die Prognose der Stromerzeugung \u00fcber ein Jahr und testen die Komponenten unter realen Bedingungen.
