Das Konzept des \u201eVertical Farming\u201c, also der Anbau landwirtschaftlicher Produkte in mehrst\u00f6ckigen Geb\u00e4uden (Turmgew\u00e4chsh\u00e4usern), erm\u00f6glicht Ressourceneinsparungen (Reduktion der CO2-Emissionen durch k\u00fcrzere Transportwege zum Endverbraucher, Reduktion des Wasserverbrauchs um 95 Prozent, geringerer Bedarf an D\u00fcngemitteln) und ben\u00f6tigt wesentlich weniger Platz f\u00fcr den Anbau. In Gro\u00dfbritannien und anderen L\u00e4ndern wurden erste Projekte mit Turmgew\u00e4chsh\u00e4usern umgesetzt.<\/p>\n
