Solar Universities seminar “Solar Energy” for universities in Central Asia and the Caucasus

On 27 April 2023, ideas into energy gGmbH hosted a seminar for professors and students in Central Asia and the Caucasus, covering the basics and the potential for solar energy in the renewable energy transition. The seminar formed the third session of the Solar Universities seminar series on the global energy transition, launched in February 2023, and includes 8 thematic seminars on key aspects of the energy transition and the accompanying challenges within the specific context of Central Asia and the Caucasus.

The seminar, led by Prof. emer. Alexander Kiryuchin, was attended by professors and students from universities from Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. Our next Solar Universities seminar will take place in May 2023 and delve into the details of the components of photovoltaic systems.
